Dual Enrollment and Advanced Placement® Programs
Restoration understands that high school learners are at different paces and those who seek academic challenges may earn college credits at a cost-effective rate though dual enrollment programs and advance placement® courses. The dual enrollment program, also known as concurrent enrollment, permits high school students to take college courses while still in high school. Some programs permit a student to earn a high school diploma and an associate degree concurrently, translating to large savings if the learner pursues a bachelor’s degree after completing dual enrollment. Advanced Placement® courses are college-level courses offered at the learners’ high school and if the learner performs well on the AP® tests, the college credits provide advanced standing at the learners’ institution of higher learning. Restoration supports an equitable distribution of these programs across its citizenry.
